My brother just took like 20 of these tablets (he has depression)
And Im not sure how many of his depression pills he has taken.
I don’t know what to do…
I called my mum…but she wont get here for another hour.

I often have trouble falling asleep. I’ll be really, really tired, but I lie in bed tossing and turning and not being able to fall asleep. I don’t really want to resort to medication. I just want some advice on falling asleep.
