My general doctor suggested Lunesta or Xanax for my severe insomnia.
I chose Lunesta but am having bad side effects. Should I use Xanax at a dose of 0.125 mg ? I think 50 % of .25 mg is more than reasonable.

I am now prescribed 100mg Zoloft, 100mg Seroquel XR, 200mg Trazodone, and .5mg Xanax XR. I take the zoloft and Xanax in the morning, another xanax around 2, and then trazedone and seroquel at night. Diagnosed Major depressive disorder and Insomnia
Ill start the Trazedone tonight, but my pharmacy wont have xanax in until sunday.

Would the nausea & insomnia that I have been experiencing for months on end be signs of this?
I am always worrying, but I never would think that it could lead to physical side effects. Should I talk to my doctor about it?
