Allegra-D 24-hour side effects?

I started taking Allegra-D yesterday morning. It made me nauseous, extremely dizzy (almost like vertigo), cold hands hand nose, and I had almost no appetite. I also had a little insomnia last night, but nothing terrible. As far as today is concerned, the side effects have lessened (thankfully.)

I’m beginning to get nervous, though… I have a tingling sensation on top of my head and sometimes it comes down into my forehead. Is this just another side effect of the medicine? I’ve been scared of a brain tumor for a while now, but I had a CT scan in July 2007 and everything was clean. I have been diagnosed with anxiety, too. Any help is appreciated. Thanks :)

Abdominal pain, agitation, anxiety, back pain, dizziness, dry mouth, headache, heart palpitations, indigestion, insomnia, nausea, nervousness, respiratory tract infection and throat irritation are the most common side effects of Allegra-D.
If you experience any nervousness, dizziness or sleeplessness, you’re supposed to contact your physician.
I hope you feel better now, cease the medication until further instructions from your doctor.
